Worn out chimney flashing!!

We waited for few days for dampness to go but on finding no improvement and increase in the dampness we gave a call to the Schaumburg Roofer living in our vicinity. He arrived to our location with all the required tools and started checking on the area where the leakage was coming. After inspecting he informed us that the flashing around the chimney has worn out and needs to be replaced immediately. After that he worked on the flashing very cautiously and replaced the worn out flashing.

You may remember I promised Graham weeks ago that I’d take him to his favourite restaurant as a thank you for his support over the last few months. It’s an expensive restaurant so I was trying to persuade him to choose somewhere less expensive- yes I know, a promise is a promise but surely the fact I’m taking him out for a meal is enough? I was assured it was not. Anyway, I was umming and ahhing about the whole thing when Lizzie told me about restaurant vouchers. I never new voucher sites existed let alone gave vouchers for restaurants. Anyway I found some for Grahams must have meal so we went and had a lovely evening. Thank god for the vouchers through- the bill brought tears to my eyes!
If You Are Short and Clumsey, Try Platform Flip Flops

One of the things I like best about summer is that I can start wearing platform flip flops. I love flip flops anyway but the platform flip flops really make me feel special. I am kinda short. Ok I’m really short! But I just can’t seem to be able to wear heels. I tend to be a little clutsey and the high heels really make that obvious. The platform flip flops give me the height but are also stable so that I am not tripping all over the place. The platform flip flops take care of my height and my clumsiness and they look great. I love platform flip flops.
