Number plates values climb

The recession has had an effect on personalised number plates values. Sales have slowed during the economic crisis but the slowdown has mainly affected lower price numbers. Discounts have been available and a lot of negotiation over prices has taken place prior to sales. Many top end numbers have changed hands at very high prices even dduring the recession proving that as in the housing market the top end players have money regardless of what is happening in the economy. Now , we are being told that the worst is behind us it will be interesting to see if values creep back up.
