She is a new driver and so the rates are high. I told her to write down all the quotes that she has been given so far, and then I will call my agent. I think that if I Contact Insurance in South Africa for her that maybe it will make a difference. I told her that online quotes are great, but sometimes it is just better to talk directly with someone. I said that a computer will not understand her needs.
