Make Sure Your Bins Are Fire Retardant

It is now a law that stores that sell batteries have a battery bin to collect and recycle them in. The stores can’t use just any old bin, but a specialized one that will not erupt into a fire if battery chemicals mix. These fire-retardant bins are essential in stores as well as companies that use a great deal of batteries in their everyday operations. Be careful which kind you use as some suppliers use cardboard and wood containers which are highly flammable. As more consumers are converted to recycling, the need for these bins will increase significantly and demand will rise for the quality bins.
