Returning Sandals

My new Keen sandals from zbsportscom arrived in less than 5 days and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, I found this style to be uncomfortable, and I wanted to exchange the shoes for a different style. I emailed the company with the problem, and asked how to go about returning the item. Within a few hours I had a phone call from customer service, and the next day I had return shipping labels. I found a great pair of Chaco sandals that I wanted to substitute, and they were shipped to me the same day. Now I am a customer for life with such excellent service.
