The Importance of Employee Development and Training

I have been unemployed for one year. I have been looking for work the entire time. I have come across several potential employment opportunities. However, nobody was offering employee development and training. The reason why this is so vital to me is because my last job did not offer any training. I had to watch many fellow employees lose their jobs due to lack of training. It was then and there that I vowed to never take a job without the proper training, again. This is a lesson that has taken many employees years to learn, but once you learn this lesson you will never forget it.
