I really love looking at art, so I tend to take advantage of any opportunity that arises. I have heard there is a new contemporary art gallery in New York City, so I am going to go and check it out. I like going to the various art galleries as well as the museums to enjoy the art work. I am always amazed by what people create. I am definitely not capable of making anything like that. I admire people who can make something. I don’t always like contemporary art, but it is worth looking at as far as I am concerned.

My daughter has been asking for piano lessons for about four months now. The only problem is we just don’t have the money to pay for them. My husband was unemployed for four months last year and I was for two. We are still playing catch up and can’t afford any extras. She came running in the other day and asked me to come see something. Flower Arranging Courses – Weddings

Our flower arranging courses are always so interesting as they are mainly tailored to specific requirements. One bride-to-be this week needed help with a theme for the reception flowers for her late spring wedding. After a bit of a chat about various options she has settled on a cup cake theme. We spent the whole day making various floral “cakes” from tiny cup cake size for the place card holders to a 3 tier floral “cake” which will sit alongside the edible cupcake wedding cake. The top table will be dressed with various sizes of “cakes”.   Flowers used in the samples have included rosebuds gypsophila waxflower hydrangea florets and the last of my gardens sweet peas. All chosen for their their pretty pastel colours. We will have to wait and see what is available in spring.
