A Huge Misunderstanding

I called him last week to ask him if he could rebuild my computer for me. It was my understanding that he would copy my files before he deleted the hard drive. He was under the impression that I would make a backup of my files before giving him the computer. At some point I realized the misunderstanding and that he deleted everything. I was left without important documents and years of photos. He told me not to worry that he could restore deleted hard drive. He said that he even had the most recent version of software designed to recover lost files. I am so glad that we realized our mistake and that we recovered all of the files.
