Mom Needs To Recover Her Crashed Hard Drive

My mother needs information to recover crashed hard drive. She called me frantic this morning because her computer is messed up. She has had it for a few years and uses it almost every day. I don’t know anything about how to recover files. I know she is going to expect me to find a way to fix it. I guess I will talk to my husband about it. He is pretty good with computers. I know he told me about a software that could help recover files. Maybe this software can help my mom get her information back. I hope so.
