Stress Free Details

Every few years someone in our extended family feels the need to try and get everyone together in the same place at the same time for a reunion. This is probably a good thing, but sometimes a few of us are a bit overwhelmed by the details involved. This year, (my cousin Frank was flying back home from Germany), the details seemed especially hairy. So, we decided to eliminate a few by contacting Ridgefield Park catering and leaving the cooking, serving and clean-up to them. This was an excellent idea. From now on, as far as I’m concerned, a caterer is the only way to go.
