a good idea

it is always a good idea to include some kind of weight training in your workout program. i like to use free weight training myself but it is possible to use machines and reach some degree of success with your progress. thesmith machine is a great way to get the workouts that you are looking to get and the way that you are looking to get them. it is for sure though that there are no excuses for not getting the workouts that you need even though i make a ton of them i know better. the workouts for flat abs that i am doing are all pretty good though.
