i have done alot of different workout programs and i have also seen alot of ups and downs in the results that i ge tfrom the training that i do. so the best thing for me is to be sure that the exericses that i do arte going to work for me and that i am going to be sure that i am gettinghte most from the exercise program that i using. so lets get down to brass tacks and get itr done in tyhe long run right. if ypu want to burn calories come up with a plan and do it.
