whats the fastest way to lose weight? The fastest way to lose weight for me does not rely on the exercise, diet or program, per se. The secret to the fastest way to los weight is the realism of your goal. When I started losing weight, I set realistic goals. I did this so that I won’t feel disappointed, or worse, discouraged if I can’t reach my goal. Losing weight is not a marathon. This requires time, energy and wise decision making, especially with food selections. Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Start with small goals then escalate as time goes by.
