The reason for my weight loss is due to ketosis. Contrary from what others may think, ketosis is not dangerous, in fact, ketosis is just the manner of the body using fat for energy. You have to consult your doctor on what kind of diet works best for you. Because ketosis is when your body runs low on carbs and starts burning the stored fats in your body, sometimes those who restrict fat in their diets only lose weight superficially. It’s better if you get yourself checked and verify if you’re diet must be high in carbs and low in fat or vice versa.
