Antibiotics – a Reason for Yeast Infections

This can be very bad way to live your life. One of the best pieces of yeast infection advice you can get is to reduce the amount of times you take antibiotics. Even though they are meant for the good, they can quickly turn around and do harm, especially if you take them for a long period of time. What they do is they can stop the good active bacteria in your body from fighting off yeast infections and therefore leave your body susceptible to attack.
