I no longer smoke

March 31, 2009 on 6:30 am | By | In Health | No Comments

I was ahead of my class when I started to smoke.  A neighbor introduced me to cigarettes when I was in the forth grade and I smoked fairly consistently ever since.  By the time I was in my forties I was addictied to the point that I experineced physical pain if I went more than ten to fifteen minutes between cigarettes.  I want to stop buy could not.   The patches did not work for me,  nor did the gum.   Out of desperation I tried stop smoking hypnosis and it seemed to work.   I had the support of my therapist and today I have no cravings at all.
