Managing weight after childbirth

Although having a baby is a wonderful experience for any woman, they also gain weight after they give birth to a child. They really feel depressed about their infinite lbs and worried how to lose weight. However, few women feel the least bit attractive and lose all confidences in them at the office and social events. After the pregnancy period, women gain lot of weight in the abdomen area of the body. When you are ready, both mentally and physically, start doing light exercise. Even better, walk at regular time or using stairs instead of elevators burns many calories. Breastfeeding uses up lot of fats stored and physical exercise in no way interferes with breast-feed.
