Problems in eating disrupts mental and physical health of people, and should be treated before it damages health permanently. Almost half of the world’s population is suffering from anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa, thanks to irregular eating habits (sometimes under eating and sometimes overeating). It takes some real time experience for teenagers (who give up eating) to understand the importance of eating healthy food regularly.

Problems in eating can affect the mental and physical health of an individual, leading to other side effects. By intending to increase or decrease your weight suddenly, you could be inviting headaches, sleeplessness, and obesity to occupy places in your body!
