It’s the perfect time to relax a little after the stress of funeral, to join family and friends in commemorating the departed and to release whatever emotions you have that has been bottled during the funeral. In my experience, sometimes after funeral gathering is fun in a somber way; it lightens the mood of everyone. And there are also instances when after funeral gathering just adds ache to your pain. Most often than not, it’s a combination of both.
