We came home with our £10 credit voucher

I went to the local 3 Mobile pay shop, I couldn’t believe it when the sales assistant told me that £10 credit meant just that, no 30 days expiry, she also said that every call and txt you receive you earn a little bit of credit towards the next time you credit. what a lovely surprise. We came home with our £10 credit voucher, which I have intended to do straight away and hand over to our daughter. When I tried to do this on the phone the 3-mobile pay wouldn’t except it, telling me before I could even key in the voucher number that our phone wasn’t giving the response it regonised, so I managed to contact their customer services not only did they credit our phone the assistant I spoke to wanted to sort out why the phone wouldn’t allow us to do our selves, but the end result is he solved the problem. no fuss or aggraviation. what a pleasant experience with a brilliant end result. I would recommend this to anyone.
