That said, though a lot of people do want to buy these homes, they end up short of buying them. One of the main reasons for this is that most of these homes are normally priced a bit high, and in some cases, you will find the prices are way above the affording budgets of most people. People would have thought that the recession would have brought the prices of these homes lower, but after looking at some of the homes and their going price, I must say that the apprehension of people seems to be true.
