By providing information regarding your event, Appassionata checks their availability and provides you with a current quote list for your date. If you provide your mailing address, Appassionata can send out an informational packet with a sample CD, sample contract and repertoire lists.
Contract and deposit
Your date is booked upon receipt of the contract and deposit. The amount of the deposit varies per event, which is discussed in the informational packet that we provide. The deposit ensures that your musicians do not book other engagements that would conflict with your event.
Client conference
Sixty days prior to your event, we will contact you via phone or email to disccuss repertoire choices and any special arrangements. At this time we will discuss the Wedding Information Page, provided in the informational packet, regarding repertoire choice and order of the event. This page is due back to us thirty days prior to the event along with a copy of your finalized itinerary.
On the day
Your ensemble will arrive with plenty of time to set up and begin playing at the agreed time in the contract. Final payment for the ensemble is to be paid promptly by cash or check. Details regarding the payment are listed in the contract.
