Appassionata Strings is a professional string ensemble of young passionate musicians performing in the greater Chicago
We offer the highest standard of instrumental music whilst remaining approachable and friendly. Our ensembles members have a combined performing experience of over three decades each member brining a distinguished pedigree of musical studies and performance.
Weddings
Our members have performed for over 300 weddings. Our ensemble will add just the right touch of elegance and panache to your special day. For a Wedding ceremony we typically play classical standards for the prelude, ceremony, and postlude but can play "Your Song" or can play an arrangement of any song you desire.
Corporate
Whether you are celebrating many years in business, entertaining prospective clients or having a formal company dinner, Bella's adaptable repertoire will impress your clients with an air of sophistication. Any formal dinner will be enhanced with our elegant classical selections; we have an extensive repertoire of classical pieces which include Opera arias and Ballet favorites along with traditional quartet movements from Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven. A cocktail reception or evening party will sparkle with the added sounds of Latin tangos, light jazz, pop and contemporary pieces.
Private Events
Live music makes every event special and unforgettable. Our ensemble has played for first dates and private parties. Whatever you are celebrating, Bella Strings will have a style of music to suit. We have a continually growing repertoire with selections ranging from Bach to Broadway which allows us to switch between genres on the day of the event.
