Trying to get a Bill Passed in the State Legislature

A good friend of mine has been working with a state representative to get a bill introduced to the state legislature regarding Affordable Health Insurance In North Carolina. She has worked long hours and has been an advocate for people without health insurance coverage for many years. The bill has made it to committee but now it has gotten stalled. The state representative called her yesterday to tell her that it may not make it through the process this session. If that happens she will have to start all over again with the bill next year when the session begins again.
