How Falling Can Cause a Lawsuit

Dan was helping his brother load some furniture in his truck. When Dan went into the store to help him get the furniture he did not notice that one of the floor boards was raised. Dan stumbled over the raised floor board and broke his leg. His brother took him to the emergency room. After Dan got home he called injury attorney Pennsylvania to see if the attorney would take his case. The attorney told him that he would take the case and was sure that he could get enough to cover the medical bills and the time he would have to take off from work.
