Right before we called the real estate agent a friend called me up and said her sister was interested in purchasing our home. Her sister came over looked at the house and said she would be willing to purchase it. This was great, but we are going to have to find a real estate attorney sarasota. I have started calling a few names in the phone book and I made one appointment. We are saving money doing this sale on our own but it is a lot more complicated without the real estate agent.
