Review of the Makita BMR100W Radio

This is really an excellent sounding worksite radio that is also quite rugged. The outside shell is extremely well made and the whole system looks and feel quite indestructible. By my standards, the sound quality of the Makita BMR100W radio is great and even though the sound is directional I think it is pretty good for the size of this little box. The tuner works better than the one on the similar priced Dewalt radio and the dials on the Makita radio have a good solid feel. I decided on the white model instead of the blue model because it had the auxiliary plug for my Ipod and that is working well.
