The Gerbera Diasy is a Beautiful Flower

Every year for Mother’s Day, I take my mom to a greenhouse for her gift. The first thing that she looks for is her favorite flower, the Gerbera Daisy. She likes that it comes in many different colors including pink. My mom is a breast cancer survivor and likes the significance of the color. The Gerbera comes in many different shades of pink. It stands tall and confident. That reminds me of her. She battled cancer confidently and survived it gracefully. Its beauty adds delight to any landscape and smiles to many faces. It is one of may favorites too.
