Wine Making - Would You Care To Do It By Yourself?

I mean, I know about fermentation and all that Wine Making procedures to undergo but definitely I would not go into the trouble of making the wine. I would rather have the convenience of buying them instead. They say it will even take a year or more to be able to achieve the goodness of wine. Some even say that wines taste even better as they age. However, I have read somewhere that wines also have shelf life; so it always helps to check on the label for the expiration date of a particular wine, if there is any.
