The office space my uncle called about

On Monday I got a call from my uncle Charlie. My uncle Charlie has been a developer out in the high desert of California for the past few years. He told me the reason he was calling me was because he was going to be starting operations up in Arizona and he wanted to get some idea from me. He was going to lease phoenix office space and he wanted to know where the best place for that was. I gave my input and I told him I would have my friend Megan call him since she was into the real estate in the area.
