Do You Have Management Skills?

Companies are full of people working on projects, sometimes as individuals and sometimes as teams. The combined efforts of the projects must come together at some point and meld in to what the company is trying to produce. This does not often happen on it’s own so graduates of project management schools are needed to oversee the coordination of this work. They need to be able to follow the day to day activities and insure that the deadlines for completion are being met. Most of the jobs today are tracked with computer programs and the project manager must be able to clearly communicate the outputs of these programs to the people doing the work.
