Life for Pioneer Women

I am in awe when I read about amazing mormon women who traveled for so many miles while pregnant or with small children, crossing frozen rivers, burying babies who didn’t make it, or dying themselves. I don’t know how so many mormon women made it to Utah with everything that was required of them, but I am grateful for that because so many awesome people wouldn’t exist today if it weren’t for them and their sacrifices. I wonder what it was like doing everyday things like laundry and cooking as they traveled? I can’t even imagine using cloth diapers.
