Asking a Coworker Out on a Date

They have been friends for at least three years now, and they even hang out together sometimes after work. He is ready to take things to the next level, but does not want to compromise their friendship. I know that he is worried she might not be into him. There are many signs a woman likes you, and he should look for some of them before he asks her on a date. That way, he will at least know whether or not he stands a chance.
