Embarking On the Kansas Singles Scene

I have been in the Army for quite a long time and was sent to a base in Kansas. It is far away from home and I didn’t really know anyone here. I had been divorced for a couple years and was ready to move on. My wife and I had divorced when I was at my last station. My wife had just hated military life. So, I was in Kansas, divorced and embarking on the very scary Kansas singles scene. This was not an easy time in my life.
