How to pick a bodybuilding supplements out

Has any body tried Bodybuilding Supplements for certain sporting injuries such as cartilage damage. I have and I was very surprised with the results. I usually walk around ten miles per day and a lot of it is uphill and down dale. Over the last few years I have started to notice my knees are giving me some gyp. I have been to my local health food store (also an online retailer) and they advised me on using a product called glucosamine. I have found it really has reduced my knee pain in a short space of time. I am glad I called in now.
