With so many good and valid options out there, and the requirement that all cell phone numbers be portable, there is no reason to be “wed” to a cellular company that is not meeting your needs. If you are a Verizon Wireless customer, complaints are going to happen. In fact, the only thing Verizon Wireless is really infamous for is poor customer service. If you don’t have any problems, great. If you have some hiccups, you might want to pull your hair out.

That is where AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile can step in and save the day. You will always be taken care of, and their customer service is largely superior.
