Windows 7 Freezing Concerns

I recently had a friend look at my computer and he seemed to be familiar with this issue. I was told that this happens every so often, but it can be alleviated. After some adjustments to my computer system, the problem was resolved. I was hoping that I would no longer experience these issues because it is very frustrating to be right in the middle of a project and having my computer lock or freeze up. Fortunately, this has been the only concern that I have encountered with my computer.
