Compromising on preferred activities

We are just about to leave Auckland and head south for a couple of weeks of touring around so I have been flat out getting everything organized. I have booked our rotorua accommodation for two nights as that is the first place we are stopping. Apparently there is plenty to see and do there, so it should be very interesting. There will be a fair bit of compromise I reckon as my wife is interested in all the cultural shows where as I am a little more interested in heading out to do a bit of fly fishing. Hopefully we can agree on a schedule for all this.
