I really wonder how it works

When you get new coverage they might reject you or tell you there is a waiting period. Some might not penalize you at all, and just figure it is part of your health history and address the situation just like you have been a member all the while. This is what some the companies call Pre-Existing Medical Conditions. I think that perhaps some laws should change as this means you are being denied coverage yet others who have non go to emergency rooms and get help and don’t ever have to pay. It all seems not to be coordinated and it all should be.
