Say You Have Rooms Please!

After looking for hotels in Toronto they decided on one that apparently had enough rooms for all of them. They were wrong. After not taking the time to call in advance, they got there to find out half the hotel was getting renovated and the rooms left were not enough for everyone. They spent more money on more expensive rooms at another hotel after spending hours calling from place to place looking for available rooms. Thankfully the trip was saved and they were able to get back to business.
